Common questions

Is this an e-Fatura / e-Arşiv? No. Invoice Maker produces invoice documents (PDF files). In Türkiye, e-Fatura and e-Arşiv are issued through the GİB system or an authorised integrator, and the same applies to the e-invoicing mandates in other countries. If your country requires a registered electronic invoice, issue that one from your provider.

Where did my archive go? The archive, your saved clients and the draft you were editing live in your browser's storage on that one device. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or opening the site on another computer means starting empty. We never had a copy — that is the same property that keeps your client list off our servers.

I lost my licence code. Write to us with the email address you used at Stripe checkout and roughly when you subscribed, and we will look it up.

How do I cancel? Open the site with your licence active and use "Manage subscription" in the footer; that opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.

The totals look wrong. Check three things first: whether prices are set to "tax added on top" or "tax included", whether a per-line rate is switched on, and whether a discount is set as a percentage or a fixed amount. If it still looks wrong, send us the numbers you entered and what you expected — the arithmetic runs in whole cents and we test it on every release, so a genuine mismatch is a bug we want.

The PDF prints at the wrong size. In the print dialog choose "Actual size" / 100% rather than "Fit to page".

Can I use my own logo? Yes, with Pro. PNG, JPEG or WebP; it is embedded into the PDF at up to 600 px wide and stays in your browser like everything else.

Which currencies are supported? Sixteen: USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, CHF, CAD, AUD, AED, SAR, SEK, NOK, DKK, PLN, INR, JPY, RUB. Decimals, number format and the amount in words follow the currency and the document language.
